About Us

Since 1990, Tung Wah Group of Hospitals has established Tin Ka Ping Youth Centre in the underground shopping mall of Chung Yin Garden, Tai Kok Tsui, providing youth services to Yau Tsim Mong District for 30 years. Beginning in September 2002, this unit has provided diversified and comprehensive services for the community by combining outreach and school-based work practices in response to service needs. With the integration of comprehensive services, the center has broken the age limit. In April 2003, it officially provided the elders in the district with inclusive services, becoming a comprehensive service center serving young people, parents and the elderly.

Service Purposes

We are family-oriented, relying on professional knowledge and play a team spirit; with a creative, enthusiastic and enterprising attitude, we help children, young people, parents and elders in the district to practice themselves, participate in social affairs, and build a positive life.

Service Target

With a family-oriented concept, it provides one-stop comprehensive services for youths, parents and elders in the district to develop their potential and face challenges at different stages of life.

Strengthen the support network of families, schools and communities to create a positive growth environment for young people, parents and elders.

Promote mutual understanding among community members, youth, parents and elders, and build a caring and inclusive community.

Provide comprehensive services for youth and families from disadvantaged groups, and promote caring relationships among community members.

Apply For Membership

Your rights：

  • Priority to participate in various types of activities and interest classes organized by this service unit
  • Access to various facilities of the service unit, including study rooms
  • This service unit will abide by the principle of confidentiality to process your personal data, unless it is required by law to disclose such data

Your obligations：

  • Please present a valid membership card when registering for this service unit's activities or borrowing facilities
  • Membership cards cannot be lent to others, if lost, a replacement fee of HK$10 is required
  • If there is any change in personal data, please notify the staff of this service unit as soon as possible
  • Keep the service unit clean and tidy

Comments and Complaints

Your comments or suggestions are a good way to improve our services. If you have any comments or suggestions, you can immediately submit them to the social worker on duty. We will deal with them promptly and follow up with a reply within ten working days.
